Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit is a fictional pizza chain in the Fortnite universe. It can be seen in some of Save the World's suburb areas, in Battle Royale, and can currently be found in Party Royale. The mascot of the chain is Tomatohead. The prefabs for the Tomato Town restaurant and the Mega Mall restaurant can be still found in Creative but the Retail Row restaurant is not a prefab, presumably due to it already being nearly identical to the Tomato Town prefab.

Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit is the rival to Durrr Burger

In Battle Royale, the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit chain currently can be found at Pizza Pete's Food Truck. Until Season 10, the restaurant could be found in the Mega Mall. During Season 8, the chain could be spotted in Retail Row, but was destroyed in The Unvaulting Event. Until Season 5, Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit could be seen in the Tomato Town location. This was changed, however, when a temple destroyed Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit and a portion of the adjacent land, renaming the location to Tomato Temple.

A goodbye sign was put out on Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit at Tomato Town.
Week 1: In the recently added Lazy Links, ads for Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit could be seen in a few signs around the POI, with Nite Nite (who was originally the mascot for the pizza chain as seen in early Save the World footage) instead of Tomatohead.

V5.21[]

A rift reappeared on the former area of spinning tomato head at Tomato Town.
The rift disappeared bringing the stone Tomato Head.

V5.30[]

Tomato Town was replaced by a Mayan temple, known as Tomato Temple destroying Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit. The temple seems to host a cult/religion that is based on tomatoes, however not much is known about the cult itself. The Tomato Temple loading screen shows that the tomato cult has converted Durrr Burger staff (namely, the Grill Sergeant) into Tomatoheads, and the Praise the Tomato emote shows some sort of ritual of the cult, which involves throwing a tomato in the air so it lands on the thrower's head.

Season 6[]

V6.20[]

A pizza pit truck appeared near the original Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit that had a mustache in the front, colors to the original restaurant and a similar tomato on the top of the truck. The truck was heading around the map with bugs on the back of it, and it was thought to be Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit sabotaging the Durrr Burger after it arrived at the food chain and shut down the restaurant.

November 10th: The Durrr Burger truck and the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit truck are at the football stadium.

V6.30[]

November 14th: The Durrr Burger truck and the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit truck are at Pleasant Park.
November 18th: The food trucks are at Haunted Hills.
November 20th: The food trucks are at the race track near Junk Junction.
November 24th: The Durrr Burger truck and the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit truck are parked at a parking lot near Motel Vacanic.

November 30th: The trucks are now at Tomato Temple with the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit truck wining the race, ahead of the Durrr Burger truck.

Season 7[]

There is now a small Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit restaurant between the basketball court and the Durrr Burger restaurant, in the former place of a small playground.

Showtime Event[]

February 2nd: The Durrr Burger truck and the Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit truck are at Pleasant Park.

V7.40[]

Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit has been expanded to include a restroom. The kitchen has been relocated and now goes through part of the basketball court.

Season 8[]

Week 3: The Pizza Pit has further expanded. The restaurant has more seating and the basketball court is gone.

Week 6: The Pizza Pit restaurant has expanded to include a second floor. The spinning tomato head from Tomato Town has also returned along with the pizza roof.

April 18th: Durrr Burger and Pizza Pit telephones have appeared around the map, for a challenge.

The Unvaulting Event[]

Week 10: Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit is destroyed during The Unvaulting Event in a volcanic eruption.

An Uncle Pete's Pizza Pit branch has opened in Mega Mall.

When the map was getting sucked, the Tomato head could be seen flying into Loot Lake.
