The Scientist is a Legendary Outfit in Battle Royale that could be earned as a reward for completing all A Meteoric Rise Missions.
Lore[]
The Scientist is the Visitor from an alternative dimension, and one of The Seven. The Scientist came to the island as part of the plan to contain The Zero Point. The Scientist set up his base in the grey warehouse of Dusty Depot, and began to create Rift Beacons inside of it. These Rift Beacons were placed at certain places and transformed them into different locations.
The Scientist tore apart the giant B.R.U.T.E suits and used their pieces to upgrade his armor and gear. With everything complete and ready, The Scientist begun the construction of a new rocket at Dusty Depot.
A few days later, a countdown had been set. It was the beginning of the end.

Trivia[]
- On a earlier version of the "The End" LTM loading screen, showcases The Scientist tearing apart a B.R.U.T.E. mech. However, his appearance remains the same as the Visitor's.
- The modifications on the Scientist's armor might've been purely cosmetic to distinguish his appearance from the rest of the Seven, possibly to avoid confusion.
- Prior to being available, he was known as "Vistor Volta".
- The Scientist is a significantly advanced version of the secret outfit from Season 4 - The Visitor.
- Both outfits have the same relevancy and role in the story, and they both also share editable styles.
- However, The Scientist is noticeably thicker than The Visitor.
- Before fully entering Chapter 2 Season 1, dialogue could be seen among the Black Hole, possibly dialogue from The Scientist.
