The Imagined Order is an organization that currently serve as the Anti-Villains of Fortnite: Battle Royale. First revealed in Chapter 2 Season 5, their motives are unknown except that they maintain and monitor the Loop. Currently, we know only two individuals who work in the organization; John Jones and Janice. So far the only known fighting units of the Imagined Order are the IO Guards, who are aggressive AI enemies which enter Battle Royale matches through mysterious ground elevators. They were seen running around the Office during the story trailer for Chapter 2 Season 5.
The I.O.'s logo is seen in the background of the Battle Pass tab, the IO Guards' spawn elevators, Hunter's Haven, Colossal Coliseum, Stealthy Stronghold and the three Surface Hubs. The organization is seemingly afraid of The Seven for a reason that is currently unknown, but it is most likely because of their potential knowledge of breaking The Loop. While the Imagined Order seems to control the island and The Loop, they either do not know all of it's secrets or only partially control it, thus why John Jones asked "It's not just a storm? What does that mean? Must be connected to the loop." during the phone call in the The Device Event.

During Chapter 2 Season 5 he travelled across multiple realities gathering Hunters to stop people escaping The Loop. However because the Imagined Order failed to contain The Zero Point he betrayed them and contacted The Seven to fix The Zero Point. In order to contain The Zero Point Agent Jones sealed The Foundation inside The Zero Point trapping him in The Loop. |

- This organization may be a branch of GHOST, seeing as John Jones has a mug with its logo, and there’s a picture of The Agency outside his office.
- This is unlikely however, because Midas was likely trying to escape the loop during The Device Event. This seems to be what they’re trying to prevent.
