The Giant Whirlpool was an unnamed Point Of Interest in Battle Royale which was added to the map in Chapter 2 Season 3, located inside the coordinates B2, in the Northwest Bay, just north of Sweaty Sands and south of Sharky Shell. It was a giant whirlpool, as the name suggested.
