The Cloaked Star was available as a reward for completing the event quest "Fallen Star" during the Blockbuster event. However, during Season X the Cloaked Star appeared in the Event Store and could have been obtained with 3200 Gold

In part 3 of the Blockbuster event quests, The Cloaked Star intercepts the Commander's intercom telling him/her and Ray to stop meddling in his work. Ray refuses and asks why, but only to be answered that it's "None of your business". Ray insists that this Hero in needs of distress, but Cloaked Star still refuses to seek assistance and claims that he works alone. In the quest Every Film Bed, Woof!, Ray finds out he's been desecrating graves and stealing their letters. It was eventually found out that he was spelling out his wife's name and made a tombstone to honor her. Because of this, Ray tries to reason with Cloaked Star that he is honoring his wife, but she would want him to seek help. The vengeful vigilante still refuses Ray's proposal. In the quest Fallen Star, Cloaked Star was wounded from a group of Husks. Eventually, the Commander finds him and sends Cloaked Star to Home Base. In Magnets! quest, Cloaked Star is thankful for the rescue and decides to return the favor by giving the Commander a magnetic device to snare the Chrome Husks. In Canny Valley Act 3 he calls homebase to inform Ray and the Commander about the "Ninja Clan 442" which feels like have been doing everything they could and are sick of being ignored. Ray offers them a job, Elminate 75 Riot Husks. After completing the quest, Ray make a new Special day for all ninja's Called "Ninja Day" which is celebrated in the shadows and "when you least expect it". Later he recives a letter from Ray about her plan to sacrefice herself to destroy the Storm King, which he shouldn't have opened until she would die, he opens it anyway and says "I don't get a lot of mail...and I got excited".

This skin is the first version of Ken in Battle Royale, as well as the first skin not to be based on a Soldier.
Even though the Character is most likely Ken, no one knows who's behind that mask.
The Darkest Edge Back Bling belongs to The Cloaked Star.
