Surface Hub IO-F4 was a Landmark in Battle Royale added in Chapter 2 Season 5 located inside of the coordinates F3 and F4, east of Salty Towers and Risky Reels, and west of Dirty Docks. It was a secret base hidden under Colossal Coliseum. It was likely home to Agent Jonesy.

Surface Hub IO-F4 is probably based on the secret bunker in the former Wailing Woods, just more accessible.
Surface Hub IO-F4 had the IO Logo all around it, meaning it was likely home to Agent Jonesy or the IO Guards.

The name of the landmark is based on one of its coordinates; F4.
