People were an account resource that could be earned by rescuing Survivors during missions, completing Rescue the Survivors and Evacuate the Shelter mission types, and completing certain Expeditions. They were used in Transformations and as a resource cost for many Expeditions.
A maximum of 1000 People could be held at any given time. Any People earned beyond the cap would have been lost.
The people resource was removed on patch 11.30.
