The Movement Modulator is a creative device that allows you to change the speed of you or your vehicle. Speeds can range from "Super Slow" to "Super Fast" and the duration of the effect is fully customizable.

- Allows you to change the speed of a player or vehicle
- Speed options are Super Slow, Very Slow, Slow, Normal, Fast, Very Fast, Super Fast
- You can set a duration in seconds 3, 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, 120.
