The Vindertech Store is where the player can purchase Llama Piñatas to break open for rewards. Llamas can be purchased using V-Bucks or event-specific currency. Prior to the v1.5 patch, they were purchasable using Founder's Coins. They contain various items, such as heroes, schematics, and weapons.
Types of Llamas
Basic Llamas
These llamas are available year-round, but only Upgrade Llamas are purchasable. Bundles of Upgrade Llamas at a discounted price are also occasionally available instead of the random daily llama.

---|---|---|---|---|
Mini Reward Llama | N/A | Received as a reward for tasks and through Daily Rewards. | "A simple llama stuffed with basic goods to get you through your first apocalypse. Contains 3 items." | |
Upgrade Llama | 100 | Purchasable at any time and obtainable through Daily Rewards. | "The old faithful llama, packed with a variety of goodies and upgrade materials. Contains at least 4 items, including a rare item or a hero! Has a high chance to upgrade." |
Random Daily Llama
Every day a special category llama is available for purchase. Each day's llama is selected at random from the following list. "Super" and "Legendary" llamas frequently go on sale for 30-40% off the full price. The same llama type and sale price is available to all players.
Event Llamas
Some llamas are only available during limited time events. These llamas are purchasable with special event-specific currency that can be earned by completing tasks and opening non-event llamas. When each event ends, unspent event currency from the last event will be automatically exchanged for an equivalent number of that event's llamas. Any remaining event currency below the price of another llama will be lost.

Opening Llamas
Upgrading
When attacked, some llamas have a chance to "upgrade" to Silver tier, yielding higher-quality loot. When hit again, the llama may upgrade again into Gold tier, which can hold the highest-quality loot. This is the Upgrade Llama's specialty, though it is available with other llamas. For Upgrade Llamas, there is approximately a 20% chance of getting a Silver upgrade, and approximately a 5% chance of getting a Gold upgrade. [10]
Player's Choice
Sometimes, when rewards are being revealed, the player must choose between two item types to receive.
