Ice Cream was a Common Healing Item in Battle Royale added in Patch 9.30. They were only found in Mega Mall. Ice Cream, unlike other items, were not placed in the player's inventory. Instead, the player received the benefit of Ice Cream by consuming it with the interaction key. Ice Cream granted five health, to a total of one hundred. They behaved identically to Bananas and Apples.

Because of the disappearance of Mega Mall, they were vaulted in Patch 10.10. It is still available in Creative, but it did get removed from Playground Mode.
