Hero Loadout is where the player select its Commander or Primary Hero. The Commander is the hero that is playable during a mission. Support Team are heroes that can be slotted to give the Commander another perk and stats. Team Perks grant special bonuses but have specific requirements; certain number of classes in Support Team. You can only have five support heroes.
