Henchmen are non-player characters that function like Stormtroopers and Marauders. They were added in Chapter 2 Season 2, and can be found at new POIs. Henchmen always have full health & shield which can make them difficult in groups. If players use the "Shakedown" feature on a Henchman, it will show locations of nearby features such as chests, other henchmen, and bosses (eg. Doctor Doom ). It is possible to disguise as a henchman by using Phone Booths. This makes the AI henchmen ignore the player, unless the player shoots a weapon at a henchmen or a player, gets too close, or get shot by an opponent.
GHOST Henchmen are types of Henchmen that worked for an organization called Ghost. They always wear white suits, as well as a protective helmet. Starting Chapter 2 Season 3, they wore shorts. They usually carry suppressed weapons, but will also carry an UncommonPistol if they hold an EpicSuppressed Sniper Rifle. After The Ruins were added in replacement of The Authority, ghostly versions of these Henchmen reappeared, carrying Halloween themed weapons. However these henchmen were removed, one Henchmen has remained traveling around the map. He is currently at Craggy Cliffs.
The GHOST Henchmen Chests can contain the following weapons.
SHADOW Henchmen[]
SHADOW Henchmen are similar types of Henchmen that worked for Shadow. They wore black suits, and covering masks. In Chapter 2 Season 3, they began to wear shorts. They usually carry heavy weapons, but if they are holding a EpicHeavy Sniper Rifle, they will also carry an Uncommon Pistol as well. These Henchmen could be found at The Authority. During Chapter 2 Season 2, Shadow Safe Houses were the main locations for Shadow. As the season progressed, The Grotto, The Rig and The Agency became locations for Shadow. However, all the safe houses were flooded or returned to normal before being taken over, and all the Spy Locations were either flooded or destroyed. The Agency was taken over as a the new Shadow location, The Authority. However, at the start of Chapter 2 Season 4, all but one of this Henchmen remains, and can be found in Craggy Cliffs.
In some of the Henchmen locations in Chapter 2 Season 2, unique Henchmen used to appear. These Henchmen had their own types of looks that fit their environment. These Henchmen can carry many different types of weapons, mostly regular SMGs and Assault Rifles. These Henchmen could be found at The Grotto, The Rig, and The Shark before they were either changed to Ghost or Shadow. In Chapter 2 Season 3, a new location appeared with another unique type of Henchmen. These Henchmen can be found at Catty Corner. In Chapter 2 Season 4, Pleasant Park was transformed into Doom's Domain, a location with another new type of Henchmen. Stark Robots are unique Henchmen that appear at Quinjet Patrol Sites and Stark Industries when it was added.

Six Battle Pass outfits from Chapter 2 Season 2 appeared at six locations while three Battle Pass outfits from Chapter 2 Season 3 appeared at three locations, three Battle Pass outfits from Chapter 2 Season 4 along with a unique outfit appeared at four locations. In Chapter 2 Season 5, the Boss system got changed slightly in the form of Characters. Some Characters are considered Bosses, and others aren't. They have 400 shields and 100 health, unlike normal henchmen with 50 shields and 100 health.

Get high ground and try to headshot with high damage weapons, then dodge behind strong buildings when the boss shoots at you. (Other boss weapons, Bolt-Action Sniper Rifles, Assault Rifles, Revolvers)
Wait for the storm to come and the storm will eliminate the boss very quick. (Remember to get healing items)
Use Headshots to knockdown bosses with Assault Rifles before he/she reacts.
Decoys are also helpful for distracting the boss if he/she is shooting at you non-stop and you need to run from other enemy players.
They have 400 shield and 100 health, so 2 Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle headshots can knock the boss down. (Or 2 Legendary Hunting Rifle headshots in devices that are still in v13.40)
Have a disguise on so bosses won't attack until you get the first few shots in.
Avoid taking damage from large attacks, unless you have shield to take the hit.
DO NOT stand very close to the boss and attempt to fight with Shotguns, since they require close-range. (Unless you are using a Charge Shotgun or Combat Shotgun and using the 2nd strategy.)
DO NOT attack a boss with large groups of Henchmen still around, or they will all shoot at you at once.
