Flatfoot's name is a play on words, not only is she shoeless, she is a police officer, which are sometimes called “flatfoots”. she can also be reference to the 80’s action film: DIE HARD where the characters share the tank top, gun taped to the back, badge, gun holster, no boots, and many other similarities.
