Patch 16.00

The Chug Splash is a Rare consumable healing item in Battle Royale. (Epic is for Season 2 Spy Games only) It can be thrown, unlike other healing consumables. When thrown at anyone within the splash radius, they will get 20 effective health, and can even grant extra tenacity to players who were Downed But Not Out. Chug Splash drops in stacks of 2, with a maximum stack size of 6 Chug Splashes. Chug Splash can be found from Chests, Floor Loot, Vending Machines, Supply Drops, and Supply Llamas.

Chug Splash was vaulted in Patch 11.0, and replaced by the Bandage Bazooka.

They can be dropped from Fiends during the Storm King LTM.

The Chug Splash and the new Epic variant was unvaulted in the Spy Games LTMs during the Spy Games event in Chapter 2, Season 2

In Patch 13.00, they have returned from the Vault (replacing the Bandage Bazooka) with the Chug Jug, as known as the Ocean's Chug Jug.

Since Chapter 2 Season 6, they cannot be found anymore strangely meaning that the Chug Splashes has been Vaulted again.

Interestingly, Chug Splashes can put out fire from Firefly Jars, Flare Guns and Propane Tanks. If you are trapped inside a burning box by an opponent, you are recommended to put out the fire with Chug Splashes and stay inside the box instead of breaking the walls and getting killed by your opponent.

Patch 9.30 (June 18th, 2019)

What's New?

  • Chug Splash
    • Refresh yourself and allies with this tasty new beverage.

  • Although being called a Chug Splash, it seems to resemble Slurp Juice more then a Chug Jug.
  • It's more powerful in Squads than in Solos because a stack of it can only heal a max of 120 HP in solos, but it can heal 480 in squads. It is potentially even more powerful in large team modes like Team Rumble or 50v50.
