Characters

Characters are a new form of AI introduced in Battle Royale, in Chapter 2 Season 5. Much like Fish, encountering new Characters fills out a player's Collection Book. As of Patch 16.00 there are 45 characters in the game. When Chapter 2 Season 6 launched Characters were added, removed and adjusted to fit the new season. All characters reuse the names and models of Outfits in the game.

Trivia

Several outfit' descriptions refer to other skins.

• Fishstick's description refers to Atlantean Fishstick, whilst his title directly refers to Maki Master.
• Turk and Outcast's descriptions directly refer to one another as rivals.
• Doggo's description refers to Meowscles, Kit, and possibly Lynx and Vix.
• Big Chuggus originally had three locations shown in the Character Collection, however could only appear at two of the three. This was eventually fixed to show just the two.
• When interacting with Bunker Jonesy, players can have a conversation with him. He mentions the Loop several times, and that there are ten Jonesies, nine of them wanting to keep a secret about the Island hidden.
  • If speaking to Bunker Jonesy as Jonesy the First, he will say a dialogue line suggesting panic/remembering his origins.
  • Interacting with other certain Characters while using specific outfits will show special dialogue. For example, going to Beef Boss as Tomatohead, or the opposite way around, will give special dialogue.
• If you look from a long away Crustina and Grill Sergeant, they will do Pizza Party and Sizzlin' emotes.
