Vaulted Patch 8.01

Bottle Rockets were an Uncommon explosive weapon in Battle Royale. Once thrown, it will begin to fire a stream of 45 rockets in whatever direction it is thrown for about 9 seconds. The rockets explode on impact dealing 10 damage to nearby players and 45 damage to nearby structures. A player can only have a maximum of 2 bottle rockets in use at a time.

Bottle Rockets were Vaulted on Patch 8.01 making it only available in Creative. They were most likely vaulted because they were extremely pathetic and useless in combat, as the range, damage and accuracy of it were very poor. They were eventually removed from Playground mode.

Bottle Rockets were unvaulted for 24 hours on July 4th 2019. Following the Six Shooter, this is the 10th item to be unvaulted in the 14 Days of Summer event.

They were later unvaulted once again on January 23rd, 2020 in honor of Lunar New Year, as they were introduced on that day.
