The Birthday Challenges were a set of challenges released on July 24th, 2018 to celebrate Fortnite 1st Birthday Celebration. The challenges lasted from July 24th, 2018, to August 8th of the same year. The Challenges granted players a total of 
5,000 XP, an emoticon, a spray and a back bling.

Birthday Cakes[]
Birthday Cakes are limited-time props that were added on Battle Royale Map as part of Birthday Challenge. Players need to dance in front of the cakes in order to progress and complete the challenge. A total of 10 Birthday Cakes with Cake Slice that spawns on the nearby ground can be found throughout the map. On August 8th, Cake and Cake Slices were phased out from the map.
