Battle Pass Chapter 2 Season 1

Chapter 2 Season 1 is the first season of Chapter 2, and the eleventh season of the game Fortnite Battle Royale. It is a 100-level battle pass which is 950 V-Bucks, or 2800 V-Bucks if the Battle Bundle is bought, rewarding the first 25 levels.

The Battle Pass for Chapter 2 Season 1 ran from October 15th, 2019 until February 20th, 2020. Currently, you can no longer earn any rewards/complete challenges from Chapter 2 Season 1 as that season has ended.

At level 1, the Journey Vs Hazard and Turk Vs Riptide outfits are unlocked. The level 100 outfit is called Fusion. Missions have changed for Chapter 2 Season 1, combining Themed Missions and Battle Pass Missions. Just like themed missions, these missions will reward a player with and a Weekly Loading Screen. These missions are released weekly and, similar to the battle pass missions, are all available until season end.

The leveling system and tier system have been combined into one single leveling system. In order to level up, a player must gain XP, or purchase levels using V-Bucks, at least 150 V-Bucks a level after the Battle Pass or Battle Bundle has been purchased. Each level, a reward is unlocked from the Battle Pass. In Chapter 2 Season 1, it is possible to reach over level 100, but no rewards will be given past level 100. Upon reaching levels 200, 300, 400 and 500, banner's will be granted to your account for reaching that level.

The Free Pass and Battle Pass have also been combined into one Battle Pass, containing battle pass items, and free items. Free items are rewarded to any player as long as the player is on the required level. Battle Pass items are acquired by players who have purchased the Battle Pass. Only one item is rewarded a level, besides Level 1, which contains both Tier 1 Battle Pass outfits. When an item in the Battle Pass is free, that means it is a free item that any player can earn. When an item contains styles, that means that it has additional selectable looks. For example, the Journey Vs Hazard outfit contains two styles, Journey, her default style, and Hazard, her additional style.
