The Batman Grapnel Gun is a limited-time Mythic item in Battle Royale introduced in Season X, that was only available during the Fortnite X Batman crossover. It can be fired at nearby objects to pull the player towards it and lets the player deploy their Bat Cape. The shots could be chained to travel greater distances. The Batman Grapnel Gun has 10 charges and will be discarded when all charges have been depleted. It could be found in floor loot, Chests, Supply Drops, and Supply Llamas.

It was introduced along with the Fortnite X Batman crossover.

The Batman Grapnel Gun was removed at the beginning of Chapter 2 Season 1, due to the Fortnite X Batman crossover and Season X being over.

A similar item to the Batman Grapnel Gun called Jules' Glider Gun has been introduced in Chapter 2 Season 3.
