The Agent Jones Quests is an exclusive Chapter 2 Season 6 set of challenges for Battle Pass Chapter 2 Season 6 that released on March 16th, 2021. The Quests are unlocked by unlocking styles for Jones' Field Pack throughout the Battle Pass. They be completed any time until the season ends. The rewards for the quests consists of styles for Agent Jones, specifically snapshots from Agent Jones' mission to save reality.

- To complete the anomaly at Lazy Lake, the player needs to enter the blue resident house at the northeast of the location. By going down the stairs, a rift butterfly will appear and lead the player to a basement and go through a wall, which if the wall is broken through, reveals a secret room with a strange table in the center that the butterfly will enter. To complete the next step, the player must interact with the four artifacts on each side of the table. It is a pattern, and if it isn't completed correctly, the pattern must be restarted. If the pattern is done in order, the jewels colored red, purple, blue, and green, the anomaly will appear above the table. The anomaly must be interacted with to complete the mission.
- To complete the anomaly at Shark Island, the player needs to go to the north end of the shark, where another rift butterfly will appear around three holograms and vanish between them all. To complete the test, the player must complete the same images each hologram shows, one crouching, one emoting, and one jumping, in no specific order. Once all have been completed, the anomaly should appear in the air between the three holograms, the player needing to build to reach it and interact with it. If the anomaly does not appear, it is bugged and must be attempted again another match.
- To complete the anomaly near Catty Corner, the player must travel east from Catty, towards the large bunker, a landmark called **REDACTED**. The player must enter a small room down the roadway to the bunker, where a rift butterfly will enter a large vault, likely belonging TNTina. At first, it is impossible to reach into the vault, the player is only able to see a glimpse of the anomaly on the small opening. To open it fully, the player must pick up nearby explosive barrels around the landmark, toss them by the vault, and blow them up. Once the explosion is done, the vault should open and the anomaly should be available to collect.
- To complete the anomaly in Stealthy Stronghold, the player must be near the center of Stealthy, where another rift butterfly will appear near the ruins. The player must follow the butterfly across the ruins, where it will lead the player until it goes into the ground, revealing a spot to dig on the ground. Upon digging the patch on the ground, the anomaly will appear completing the challenge.
- To complete the anomaly in Weeping Woods, the player must travel to a small spire at the end of the autumn turned woods, now called the Guardian of the Forest. At the bottom of the spire, a rift butterfly will appear and lead the player up the spire until it creates an anomaly in the air near the top. The player must build to the anomaly to interact with it.
